Our Promise
We want you to love everything you order from Meymuni Cafe. If something isn't right, we'll do our best to make it right.
Food and Perishable Items
For health, safety, and quality reasons, all food and perishable items are final sale. We are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on any consumable products. If there's an issue with the quality of your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it, and we'll work with you to resolve it.
Clothing and Merchandise
We accept returns on clothing and merchandise within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is:
- Unworn and unused
- In its original condition
- Free of damage, stains, odors, or signs of wear
- Returned with any original tags or packaging still attached
Items that do not meet these conditions may be denied a refund or returned to the customer at their expense.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, please contact us at shop@meymunicafe.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you'd like to return
- The reason for the return
We'll respond with return instructions and the shipping address.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for return packages that are lost in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll send you an email confirming whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5โ10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the item you want. This ensures you get your new item as quickly as possible.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund โ your choice.
Sale and Promotional Items
Items purchased during sales or with promotional discounts are final sale unless otherwise stated.
