Shipping Policy

Where We Ship
Meymuni Cafe currently ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days of being placed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
During busy periods (such as holidays or special promotions), processing times may be slightly longer. We'll do our best to keep you updated.
Shipping Time
Once your order ships, standard delivery typically takes 3โ5 business days, depending on your location within the U.S.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Any applicable promotions or free shipping thresholds will be displayed at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package. If you don't receive a tracking email within 7 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us and we'll resend it.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available at our West LA location at 2485 S Sepulveda Blvd. Pickup orders are typically ready within 3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is ready to grab during our regular business hours.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once a package leaves our hands and is in the care of the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. However, we want you to have a great experience, so please reach out if there's an issue and we'll do our best to help resolve it with the carrier.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage so we can make it right.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Meymuni Cafe is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for additional shipping costs to reship the order.
